That is how I would describe my training and how I lead workouts… (HAVE FUN), whether it’s a large or small group or it’s just an individual. We only have one hour, so my philosophy is that hour should make such an impact, that it makes you want to come back for more.

Fitness has always been a part of my life. I have learned so much more since I became an ACE Cerfified Personal Trainer and I want to share what I have learned. Being Healthy is a start of a complete lifestyle and should never be taken for granted. My mission is to assist people in making fitness a lifestyle, not a chore, and we can do that with the HAVE FUN approach to working out.

Matt teaches the following classes: TRX Bootcamp, Fitness Bootcamp, Kettle to the Metal as well as AM SOZA Sports Conditioning and Boot Camp for Kids.
