After graduating in 1991 with a personally designed major in Sports
Physiology, Rick worked in a variety of settings from corporate fitness, to owning his own studio, all while perfecting his passion for increasing human performance, and injury prevention.
For the past 6 years Rick has developed a program called "The Blamelessbody Routine“. It's dual purpose is to strip fat, reduce joint pain, and prevent further damage by coaching clientson how to feed, and care for the body in a unique and simple way. Rick’s company is named after his soon to be published book "BlamelessbodyFitness”.
