Philosophy: 

High Intensity/High Volume Training mixed with a blend of core strengthening, balance and stabilization principles.  I believe through my studies that starting clients at a balance and stabilization stage (flooring stage) it allows them to build the foundation that will allow their bodies to advance into more beneficial exercises.  Once we complete the first stage of balance and stabilization, intensity and volume levels increase along with your strength levels and the results become endless.  Iā€™ am a strong believer in you get what you put into things.  Combined with the proper exercise and nutrition plan the skies the limit for you the client to achieve your goals.
