Class Descriptions

All classes are 55 minutes in length which include 5 minutes of warm up& 5 minutes of cool down.

The class has a maximum # of people that can attend to make sure that everyone gets personal attention and training.

“Zumba” (up to 20 people) Class for all levels

ZUMBA classes hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple. We want you to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.  Don’t know the steps?  NO PROBLEM our certified instructors will make sure you get them down pat!

“TRX Boot Camp” (up to 16 people)

This is one of the more popular & challenging classes. It consists of increasingly difficult TRX routines and cardio routines. TRX’s motto is “All core all the time”, After the first class you’ll know why.

“Hip Hop Hustle™” (up to 16 people)

This popular disco dance has been taken up a notch to include rock moves that will get you Rock Hard Abs!  Appropriate for ALL LEVELS of fitness experience, all the moves necessary are broken down so that you can learn them quickly and get into the action.  Blending Hip Hop music with Dance moves, this class will entertain and get you into the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE.

“Core Galore” (up to 20 people)

Builds strength & flexibility through multi-planar and total body integration movements focusing on core training. This is followed by High Intensity Interval Training and Cardio Intervals designed to stoke your metabolism and shred fat to get that “8″ pack. Some people call this Functional Training, a good class to add weekly to complement other classes.

“Kettle to the Metal” (up to 20 people) Kettlebell Fitness Routine

This class uses exclusively kettlebells for resistance, cardio and core training. All levels of fitness are invited to participate. Come and discover muscles you never knew you had.

“Boot Camp” (up to 20 people) For all levels

A camp that uses a variety of exercises that covers Cardio, Weight Resistance, Core Work, HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training), using all types of equipments including Kettle Bells, TRX Bands, Strength Bands, Sandbags and the Perfect Storm equipment.

“T-Bow” (up to 15 people) For all levels

Trains the deepest muscles and stabilizers to encourage joint and proprioception strengthening as well as prevention of injury. You will improve balance while training strength, the cardiovascular system, coordination and core all at once.

BEGINNER CLASSES

“Body Beautiful” (up to 18 people)

Introductory classes for the person just starting an exercise regimen. Sometimes referred to as Boot Camp for Beginners. Basic exercises with light dumbbells and resistance bands allowing the new client to become familiar with routines & equipment.

“Cardio Craze” (up to 20 people) Class for all levels

This class offers you a mix of step aerobics, T-Bow, Dance, Cardio drills, and kickboxing activities with a blend of muscle conditioning exercises for a complete total body workout. All fitness levels are welcome.

A.M. SOZA™ CLASSES For KIDS

Is your child a budding athlete?  Could they use a little more time away from the video games and engaged in healthy, FUN activity?  Check out these classes specifically designed for them!

Boot Camp for Kids (up to 15 people) Ages 4 – 9

This class will introduce your kids to a variety of activities. While they get in a workout, they will also enhance balance, coordination, self esteem and get some great social interaction with other children their age. And, of course, it will encourage physical fitness, good eating and sleeping habits and overall good health. This “bootcamp” will focus on developing your child’s body awareness, listening skills, flexibility and strength in a fun, positive manner using simple exercises and games.

Sports Conditioning for Student Athletes (up to 15 people) Ages 12 – 17

A camp that uses a variety of exercises that covers Cardio, Weight Resistance, Core Work, HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training) using all types of equipments including Kettle Bells, TRX Bands, Strength Bands, Sandbags and the Perfect Storm equipment. Designed specifically for the Student Athlete (Strength, speed and endurance training with the proper safety requirements as its instructed by a certified Fitness Trainer).
